KITCHEN/UTILITY RENOVATION
This renovation project involved removing a wall between the previous kitchen and small dining room to create one open plan kitchen-diner, allowing a lot more light into the room and drastically expanding the space. We fitted new flooring throughout to tie the rooms together, added a new door to separate the kitchen from the hallway, and completely refitted the kitchen and utility.
PATIO & LANDSCAPING
Some photos showing garden improvements carried out by Bryant Carpentry & Construction Ltd. New patio laid to create a neat, usable space outside the back door that complements the exterior. A custom pergola with bespoke wooden seating and decking to create a covered area to eat, socialise, and relax while in the garden.
HOUSE EXTENSION
A big extension project that increased space as well as ceiling height, with the exterior of the house now looking clean and modern. French doors were added to open the property up onto the new patio, as well as skylights in the pitched roof to allow plenty of light into the open plan kitchen/diner/living room.
